All of Mile Rock’s Partners have worked closely together for over a decade.

Mr. Georgeson co-founded Mile Rock Capital in 2010 and serves as Managing Partner. In this capacity, he is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the firm and overseeing all investment activity. Prior to forming Mile Rock, Mr. Georgeson managed West Coast and Pacific Northwest acquisition and development investments for Stockbridge Capital Group, a real estate private equity firm based in San Francisco.

Previously, Mr. Georgeson was a Manager of Land Acquisition and Site Development at Habitat for Humanity, an affordable residential housing non-profit organization in Orange County, CA. Mr. Georgeson began his career in New York City as a Research Analyst for Glenview Capital Management, a multi-billion dollar hedge fund, and as an Investment Banking Analyst for Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Georgeson received his Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. He is an Advisory Board Member for the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics at University of California, Berkeley, and a member of the Golden West Chapter of Young Presidents’ Organization in Southern California.

Mr. Reid co-founded Mile Rock Capital in 2010 and serves as Managing Partner. In this capacity, he is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the firm and overseeing all investment activity. Prior to forming Mile Rock, Mr. Reid managed Northern California and Pacific Northwest investments for MacFarlane Partners, a real estate private equity firm based in San Francisco.

Previously, Mr. Reid was as Investment Associate for Quad-C Management, a New York based middle market private equity firm. Mr. Reid began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst for Lehman Brothers in New York.

Mr. Reid received his Masters in Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.

Mr. Papageorge joined Mile Rock in 2019 and serves as a Partner helping to oversee the investment, portfolio and corporate strategy of the firm. Prior to joining Mile Rock, Mr. Papageorge was in the real estate investment group at GIC (Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund), where he oversaw GIC’s U.S. investments in the industrial and single-family sectors as well as real estate investments in Mexico.

Previously, Mr. Papageorge was on the investments team at Stockbridge Capital Group, a real estate private equity firm based in San Francisco, focused on new acquisitions and asset management. Mr. Papageorge began his career as a Real Estate Investment Banking Analyst for Merrill Lynch in New York.

Mr. Papageorge graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Business Management from Georgetown University.

Mrs. Andrighetto joined Mile Rock in 2022 and serves as the CFO. She has over 30 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer for real estate investment firms with over $1 billion of assets. Mrs. Andrighetto was responsible for overseeing the areas of finance, accounting, investor reporting, human resources and risk management. Her background includes work in the areas of development, asset management and property management oversight of both residential and commercial properties. Mrs. Andrighetto is a licensed CPA (inactive status) and a member of the American Institute of CPAs and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of San Francisco.

Mr. Henderson joined Mile Rock in June 2021 and is focused on new acquisitions and asset management. Prior to joining Mile Rock, he worked at Goldman Sachs in the real estate financing group based in New York. In this role, Mr. Henderson was responsible for sourcing, underwriting and closing both balance sheet and commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) loans ranging in size from $5 million to over $1.0 billion across all major property types.

Mr. Henderson graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the College of Charleston.

Mr. Goldschein joined Mile Rock in November 2021 and is focused on new acquisitions and asset management. Prior to joining Mile Rock, he was with REDCO Development, a real estate firm focused on the acquisition and development of urban in-fill industrial, life science and office properties in the San Francisco Bay Area and Seattle. During his time at REDCO, Mr. Goldschein was directly involved in the acquisition, restructuring, and asset management of transactions totaling over $270 million.

Prior to joining REDCO, Mr. Goldschein was an Associate at Eastdil Secured where he was most recently on the Office Investment Sales Team in San Francisco. While at Eastdil Secured, he was actively involved in closed transactions totaling over $6.8 billion and over 15 million square feet.

Mr. Goldschein received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Additionally, he is an active member of the NAIOP Bay Area Chapter and an alumnus of its Young Professionals Group (YPG).

Mr. Kassim-Lakha began working with Mile Rock in 2020 and focuses on acquisitions and asset management. During his time at Mile Rock, he has been directly involved in the acquisition and asset management of transactions totaling over $350 million. Prior to Mile Rock, Mr. Kassim-Lakha was an Analyst at the Sterling Organization, a retail-focused real estate private equity firm. 

Mr. Kassim-Lakha received a Bachelor of Science in Business with concentrations in Economics and Real Estate Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Mr. Cunningham joined Mile Rock in September 2023 and focuses on new acquisitions and asset management.  Prior to joining Mile Rock, he worked at DivcoWest, a real estate firm focused on the acquisition and development of office, life science, multifamily, and industrial properties in select gateway markets. While at DivcoWest, Mr. Cunningham was involved in the acquisition, development, and asset management of office and life science transactions totaling over $2.0 billion.

Mr. Cunningham graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College and is a member of the Los Angeles Commercial Realty Association.
